My application is complete on Sep 17th. Until now, I don't get any IVs. I applied more than 100 FM and IV programs. What's wrong ? I applied step 1 but did not go to test center and take it due to some reason. Then I applied again, and passed it. Would it be counted as 2 attempts ?
BBB, could you please tell me if it is a probelm ?

Programs will start inviting in the next week or so. If you are that anxious, call the program and ask them when they will start sending invites (not that I will ever tell you to call and bug me).
