*BOTH AS & AR-----Endocarditis prophylaxis

All AS,AR,MS,MR we start with diuretics .ACEI.. definite t/t surgery

yes endocarditis prophylaxix when we heard murmer on auscultation.


MVP --contraidnication of diuretics so t/t is betablocker.
prophylaxix if symptoms presnt
no prophylaxix in MVP if asymtomatic.
