I need you advice please.
I don't have MSPE, there is a 50% chance I might be able to get one within the next 2-4 weeks. I want to submit my CAF today, what should my answer be to the question asking if my med school will provide MSPE?
If I answer yes, and then I don't send it , will my application appear as incomplete, and will be ignored?
does not providing MSPE hurt my chances?

mspe is only available for the programms on nov 1st .so u are safe till them.

the problem is i'm not sure if I will be able to get one, so my question is if I check that I will provide one but my school refuses to give me MSPE, will it be a problem?

can a med school do that? i mean, refuse to give mspe to one of its students? i thought it was more like a degree cert that they must provide to all past students who ask for it. not like a LoR that a doctor can refuse to give.

I'm no expert but am in the same situation. My med school made it a pain to get not only the MSPE but the LORs and even the transcript. I am STILL running around trying to get everything together. I applied without them. I just couldn't wait anymore. After I get everything, it will be another month before ECFMG scans them in. So, I applied without LORS, no MSPE, no transcript, PLUS I am still waiting for the CS results and I'm still a student, so I can't be ECFMG certified. I got a couple of interviews and no rejections yet, so we'll see how this all turns out. I checked that they WILL provie the MSPE, because they will provide something that is more or less like an MSPE (no stats, because my university doesn't keep track of any statistics). I guess do the best you can, try to be as honest as you can, and send in the CAF already. That's my non-expert advice. GOod luck.
