Is it advisable to write good letters to programs that u are worth that program before u get an interview OR after u get an interview, to program directors?smiling face

not a bad idea, i think it is good, it might help but never does harm.

If you send a letter to a program director, it comes to me. An email comes to the PC. PDs will see very little of pre-interview letters.

In other words, it goes straight to the recycle bin. So I guess it isnt worth sending a "pre-interview" letter. cool
