Is there any easy way to localized hemorrhagic stroke ?

I guess CT is the only way. I would love to know too

first step to figure out hemorhagic stroke or ischemic stroke.

intial step is CT scan without contrast.

causes of stroke are
emboli
thrombosis
bleeding.

on CT scan u see
hemorhagic stroke- of white area
ischemic - black

blood circulation to brain

ACA- contralateral paralysis of leg is more involved than face/arm , and urine incontinence , personality changes.

MCA- face /arm more involved than leg and APHASIA
brocha- broken speech, understand well
wernicke- wordy dont understand.

PCA- mostly involved CNs- diplopia,blurry vision, dysphagia and posterior occipat lobe with visual hallucinations and visual defects.

there are also involventment of CROSS SYNDROMES IN PCA teritory
left leg paralysis + right CNIII palsy- webr syndrome
left side ATAXIA + right CN III - benedict syndrome
sensory loss left leg + sensory loss right side face-- WALLENBURG syndrome


cerebellum- ataxia,vertigo

>Coma, ipsilateral facial sensory loss, contralateral body sensory loss
>Vertigo, ataxia, dysphagia, Horner syndrome

*Lacunae infarct: small deep artery (DM) --> pure motor hemiparesis, pure sensory stroke, sensorimotor stroke, ataxic hemiparesis, and clumsy-hand dysarthria
