Hi robin, you are pretty brave! I really wish I could stay in ca. But I dont even get my PTAL yet, they said I am short of 4 weeks family medicine. So they might refer me to a local place to do that later. I dont know if it is a good thing or bad thing. May be I finally get a way to do clerkship in california .But after I done it, may be I will be way too late to apply ca!!!

I applied to 6 states, not only CA.
But I hope I will get a position in CA
You can do 4 FM in your country and send them rotation certificate\

question: my ptal is in process ..it can take 3-4 months for me to get ptal..i already applied to ca program..will they consider me for an interview while my ptal is in process??

Yes, submit your receipt then use it as 4th LOR

u can definetly apply for PTAL.the process will only be COMPLETED if u offer them ur SSN.

Maverick THEY WILL NOT PROCESS your application w/o a SSN, I called myself, if you have no way of getting a SSN then basically forget about Cali, believe me I've tried it all....
