ya manisha , i meant img..but any ways the rejections from providece and drexel..i know img 's who got interviews from both of them..i am not lucky though...

Drexel, PA for me too. Thats two rejections and no iv's so far.......
This year, there seems to be a lot of applicant's. One of the IM posts read there were 3500 applicant's to programs this year. That's almost a 200 % increase from last year. Lot of competition this year. Any idea why so many ???
It looks like all you guys who've been getting iv's in G. Surg have green cards or are citizens. Any true IMG ( meaning requiring visas and studied in a foreign country) received iv calls, who dont have one year of preleim in surgery...

rej from Huron hospital..just 1 interview and so many rej....
hey zygone, i know a guy who got i.v's from providence hospital but he has finished general surgery residency back home..
do u know anyone who has got interview after doing a prelimn in surgery this year...i am talking of this year..

i did my undergrad at UM and they're not foreign grad friendly at all 
now i know for sure i won't be back in Miami... but that's ok as long as i match SOMEWHERE!!!

wake forest univ...i seem to be getting the rejctions first.....i applied to both prelimns and cat and heard positive reply anly from bronx lebanon for cat....my credentials 99/99/cs/3 months usce / 2 us lors..
i am still waiting for the lady luck to smile...i am not getting even preimn calls also..thats my worry...

Muzammil, that was my worry too coz one of my lor's was updloaded on the 19 of sept so I guess my applications went to the bottom of the pile. That's why, I think I've been still waiting while you guys started getting calls after calls.........
