Wayne State, Detroit, by an email titled "Application For Residendy  Training Beginning July 1, 2008".............these a**holes cannot spell residency right and have the nerve to reject me. Well, I'm glad they did, 'cos I don't want an "invertiew" for their crappy "residendy pogrom"......LOL

well same here and one more thing I called all the michigan programs, they have sent out invitations so if you havnt received any, consider it a reject

Can some one please tell me...?
I just got a reject from Darmouth saying that this year they have recieved 600 applications, TWICE as last year!!!
so... can someone please tell me FROM WHERE IN HELL did those 300 applicants came from???

i think it's those FMG who werent eligible for residency in the UK any more ( non european docs). that has increased the surge this year. thats what I think atleast

They basically said that they couldn't give me an interview because I was not from an LCME accredited medical school. I'm furious... And just for the record they've got no life. I received the email at 8:10 p.m.. lol today

Well I sent out letters asking my status to pretty much all the programs i havent heard from yet....and found out i was rejected by both Mt. Sinai in NY and Albert Einstein at Beth Isreal in NY, BUT the lady from the program at Sound Shore, NY said she just left my application on the program director's desk and he would review monday....so not all bad........hmm whats all this about hot potatoes?
