name of the missing enzyme?

  #2

manose phosphorilase

  #3

are u sure it is phophoRYLASE. defect is in PHosphoRYLATING the mannose in I-cell dz..

  #4

yep the enzyme missing is N-acetyl glucoasmine phosphotransferase ...needed to add recognition marker mannose phosphate .

  #5

asmi are u agreeing with crista or me.she wrote phosphrylase. and u wrote transferase. these are the diff enzymes.

  #6

peekay...its phosphotransferase/ you can call transferase..same

  #7

so i suppose crista is wrong. phosphrylase will break the bond.transferase will add a bond . by the way what is the source of your answer, lippin biochem did not mention the enzyme name

  #8

its kaplan

  #9
