I am a final year student , and i have been scheduled for a 1 month elective, in clinical hematology at ny. presbyterian hospital(cornell university).The tuition fees for that elective is 2000 dollarsand I m A BIT CONFUSED AT THIS POINT WHETHER TO ATTEND IT OR NOT AS some universities(sunny downstate,albany )offer it without any tuition fee.kindly advise whether i should pay my fee and attend that elective or i should apply in some cheap universities?Is that elective so worthened that i soend 2000$ for it???
