this is very very confusing......what is the definition of pre PROM (PPROM)?is it <34 wks?

also... what is the treatment of PPROM? should i include antibiotics even in the absence of fever or should i do culture and if it comes positive then give antibiotics if no fever present?

also...wen is the time to start steroids? b/w 24-35 weeks or some other time?
