Ok guys, from my readings, this is the list I have. It's a bit different from that of bluestar, but like usual, correct us if we're wrong. Thnx. DR2  Goodpastures; MS; Allergy; Narcolepsy DR3  DM1; SLE; Myesthenia Gravis; Celiac Sprue DR4  DM1; Rheumatoid Arthritis; Pemphigus Vulgaris DR5  B12 def; Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis DR7  Steroid-Responsive Nephrotic Syndrome (who cares ) B27  Psoriasis Ank. spondylitis Inflam bowel disease Reiters + Cox B. However, I'd suggest we stick with the main ones that are usually tested.

Sometimes it's really hard to determine which info we should keep in mind and which are not. In the exam, anything could appear. Bela, may I know your resource is from?

Bluestar, I knew someone was going to ask that question. I got this list some time ago and I think it's from Board Simulator Series...in one of the explanations. But of course, there could be discrepancies between sources, and that's why I said, Correct Me in my first message Where did you get ur info from?

mine is from the Qbank explanation. btw, do you find board simulated series helpful? somebody suggests me to focus on qbank and NMS and I also hear that the more questions you do, the better you'd feel at the real exam. Just that I probably won't have time to view enough questions other than Qbank. So please let me know what you think about it. Thanks.

Bluestar, Board Simulator is good but I find path and physio very hard. Someone told me that path is straight out of Goljan's notes and not everyone has those notes. I think overall, it has harder questions than Q bank but this is relative. And oh, add to the list, YERSINIA HISTOLYTICA which is B27 +

Bela, I didn't know Borad Simulator is still harder than QBank! I heard QBank is already harder than the real step1. Does Board Simulator contain many low yield content that makes it harder? Also, Did you get the three books + CD for the board simulator? I don't know if I should get it as well. I only have NMS, which is rated A- by First Aid. Maybe I should finish what I already have first. Thanks, it was nice writing with you.
