Hey I just applied yesterday and while tracking my application I saw right next to MSPE says....."Downloaded but not viewable until Nov 1, 2007" What does this mean.....It happened only for the programs who downloaded my applications only!!!! Any advice plz

no panic! this is absolutely normal. they make it this way to wait for the american graduates, whose MSPE are going to be available NOV 1. this way, to make it equal for everybody, our MSPEs (FMG) are kind of put on hold until then.
