A 46 year old female presents with right sided abdominal pain that started two days ago. She describes the pain as burning and persistent. There is no associated nausea, vomitting, or diarrhea. Patient reports taking over the counter antacids and Ibprofen which brought no relief. Medical history is significant for breast cancer diagnosed two years ago, for which she under went a modified radical mastectomy and is recieving chemotherapy. The last course was completed two months ago. On physical exam temperature 36.7, BP 120/70, pulse 80/min, respirations 18/min. Lungs are clear to auscultation bilateraly, abdomen is soft and non-distended, liver span 10 cm, spleen nonpalpable. Gentle palpation to skin around umbilicus elicits intense pain. In 7-10 days patient is most likely to develop what complication?

A. Intestinal obstruction

B. Visceral perforation

C. Fever, Jaundice, and leukocytosis

D. Ascities

E. Skin lesion

F. Black tarry stools

G. Cough and hemoptysis
