looks like temporal arteritis, which is large vessel vasculitis.
The only large vessel complication listed is aortic aneurism.

i think this patient has temporal arteritis with polymyalgia rheumatica.Temporal arteritis is associated with aneurysms of arch of aorta &decsending thoracic aorta.
