a 62-year-old Cucasian female complains of frequent headache, fatigue and recent weight loss. Her shoulder muscles feel stiff in the morning. ESR is 85 mm/hr. Which of the following will be the most likely complicaion of his condition?

looks like temporal arteritis, which is large vessel vasculitis.
The only large vessel complication listed is aortic aneurism.

i think this patient has temporal arteritis with polymyalgia rheumatica.Temporal arteritis is associated with aneurysms of arch of aorta &decsending thoracic aorta.

Yes, The correct answer is C.

this patient has temporal arteritis .Temporal arteritis is associated with aneurysms of arch of aorta & decsending thoracic aorta.
