I have a question,after one gets the step 2score do we automatically get ecfmg certified or does ecfmg sent some paper..please its urgentwould appreciate the help.

If all your certification eligibility requirements have been fulfilled then you will get your certificate within two weeks of your score... and yes you are automatically certified - they usually send a letter stating your this your last score report...

Step 1, 2, cs passed
medical records recieved and verified
no open invoices in ECFMG (balance = $0)
