PMI displaced means its shifted from normal position ..... it cud b due to any ventricular enlargement , or cardiac enlagement or pericardial effusion , tamponade ......etc

normal value of post residual urine is i guess 200 ml ... ( not sure though)

decreased bowel sounds can b due to paralytic ileus after trauma , post surgery , peritonitis will have silent intestines.......

increased bowel sounds in any obstruction of intestines ......

please filll in the blanks

Bowel sound absent=peritonitis (ileus)

Bowel sound high pitched=bowel obstruction

Bowel sounds increased--due to gastroenteritis
