it doesnt matter if they taking applications or not..
if u r registered on nrmp u can log on and see under directory ..how many positions a program has for match this year /( u need to do it generally after u IV there and u have to rank it..just top make it sure that they have any unfilled positions. if a program has offered prematch that particular position is not shown in NRMP..)
it has to show in NRMP..

I guess they havent registered with nrmp yet.Bcos the directory is showing the programs which have registered already,its not a complete list.
