I found something on AAMC website. You can pretty much deduce the 99s in USMLE from this PDF.

Goto http://www.aamc.org/ somewhere close to bottom of the page you will find this link follow it

bbb u r great. ur data gives a very gud picture of situation on ground but i was wondering what about the percentage of double 99ers? i undertand these are figures of step 1 and 2 alone. what about the ratio of ppl having 99 on both steps.

Hmmmm - I don't think that I can do that. I can't run a report on 99 - it has to be the three digit score, but I can't do both scores. I might have to think about this (unless my brain bleeds out my ear for thinking about so many numbers).

Now, what is the minimum three digit for 99 in steps 1 and 2 for this year? I might have a way to do it.

coz there are 237-99s and 242-98s........so i think u can take the 3 digit no. for ur calculations

Okay, I did a filter using 243 (step 1) for 99 and 239 (step 2) for 99 and have 229 applicants for prelim and categorical combined out of 2314 applications.

Now, if it's categorical only, the double 99ers are 214 and prelim double 99ers are 19.

Please, no more math questions....... shocked

cool i guess there is another fact worth noting! BBB can't run a filter on 2 digit scores!!!

So does it mean all Programs go by 3 digit scores?
