In case patient has CAD and is having asthma acute exacerbation, what do you do in the acute management? do you give B-agonist? if not what do you use?

u can use anticholinergics such as ipratropium if Pt is hypotensive or coronary insufficiency but prob is it take a while to take effect if that does not work than Inhaled Steroids

^^^Thank you, but ipratropium will take at least 30' for it to work........ I don't know if pt can't wait that long....
