Hi, I am L2 visa holder and yet to get my EAD.I would like to know whether with my EAD i can enter a residency program or whether i would need to change my visa status to J1 or H1.I would be eligible to take my Step 3 only on nov/dec 2004..will i still be able to get a sponsor for a h1 visa for my 2005 match thank you,
