hey medocuk ..many many congrats ..thats awesome...can u plz figure WHAT u did differently from the first time that u passed this time....we all need this help ..frst takers like me as well as second time takers...plz tell us more on how u did differently...did u do the same books the first time ?also if u get a residency do return to this thread of yours so we are all motivated that we all can work in states

dechu: Thank you so much. Yes u can do it. Decide what u will use. Stick to it. Master it. Do your questions and do it well. it will be hard but it is not impossible.
motivated4a99: Well to begin with I studied. I was honest with my prep.Yes I used my old KLN but I used FA and Goljan HY 100 pages more effectively. I listened to golja lectures probably 6/7 times over the last 2 years. He helps a lot. I suggest his RR notes if u have the time. NBME's USMLE CD UW are essential. Good luck to u.

congrats medoc...so atlast the waiting is over....could u plz share ur percentages in uw n kaplan q bank... what were ur percentages in the beginnning n near the exam...did u do the qs subject wise or random..n last question...did ur percentages co-relate with the actual score...sorry for asking so many qs...

Simi: I had a 49% UW cumulative. My scores ranged from 32% to 70% in the last few tests. I managed to do only 60% of all questions.
Kaplan, I had done the 2004 version. I was getting 60-80% throughout but then this q bank i had done 2 times before. But I did concentrate on the concepts.
My take would be do as many questions as you can. Read the explanantions. Make notes if you have to.

Unique1: Thankssssss. Ha ha ha not os soon that whole USA bit. Pe0ple working hard for a residency is even tougher. I am just getting the taste of it.
Dr Ruman: you are taking your exam on my birthday. that day will be very lucky for you I can assure you. You just have to push your self a little now. revise.That is the key. know your graphs as in what is x axis what is y axis. there is no telling what will be the shape of the graphs in the exam.

Shwe: Awwe that is so nice of you. Yeah it was really nice to see Yuna around. She really revved things up for me. Her journal is of 25 days but they were some real action packed days.
People do refer to yuna's journal while you visit Edie's.
