For those of you who realise that I am going to post my exam experience which is personal and very individualised, stay on. Read, take a lesson and get cracking,
I'll get right to the exam, No Surprises. 7 blocks of 50 questions each, 45 mins break time. Cold exam centre. One computer your seat and you.
I felt like I had a good mix of all the subjects. Concepts were tested. Why not the whats were important. All subjects showed up at their own pace and were well distributed.
I got to the centre on time. Had had tea in the morning. I got to it right away.
BlockOne, BlockTwo
Break: A banana for the carb and my break fast.
Block 3 and 4.
Lunch break Carb load 
Block 5 and 6
Break: juice major panic attack
Block 7,
I got done an hour early so I was slightly worried inspite of tick marking each block I had done.
My first 2 blocks were a breeze. I knew a lot of the answers. My third and sixth were the worst. Around 6/7 I had no clue what they were trying to ask. I randomy picked answerd. Seventh I gave it my all. I had one panic attack in the middle of all this. I for the first time wondered what if I failed again. I thought I'll get the brand new Rapid review if I did 
So I had a lot of repeat questions from UW, Kaplans, A lot of First Aid (FA) and Goljan. You all know what u need to read and what u need to know.
What we don't know is how to know it and how to apply it.
I wont get into the topics asked. They were everything u ever heard anyone tell u is important.
But I'll give u one example which shud tell all about the exam experience.
I was asked about ADH. Q Where is it made Q Where is it stored? Q What enhances it's release Q Where does it act Q What happens when the normal mechanism goes bad Q Pin point a cause of it going bad.@ second messengers involved etc etc
This should tell you how u need to read for this exam
I had atleast 2 histo slides. 4 gross pictures 2 radio-diagnostic 4 Ethics 2 biostats 3/4 patho phys graphs 4 micro 4 pharm 2-3 immuno and pathology questions each block.
Lots of rats and lots of experiments. But when u read it properly u know they are basically asking the cellular mechanisms.
Know your second messengers. I was asked atleast 9-11 questions on second messengers.
Normal functions of proto-oncogenes.
One Amino acid structure.
Lots of cancers, diagnosis, histo slides, gross photos hormonal changes, tumor markers.
lots of teens with issues, developmental psychological drug related.
I can go on and on right now but that isn't going to help you.
What is, that after this experience, I believe if u have Kaplan notes, Goljan Rapid Review, Goljan 100 pages FA, a source of slides..Anat, histo, Micro,patho Kaplan Q bank and UW questions you are good to go for this exam. I felt revision, familiarizing yourself with the concept and then memorising a whole load is the key. Of course then do questions to get an experience all the different ways a topic can be quized upon.
I had some verbatim questions from the question banks. So! U have all u need, now all u need to do is to actually do it.
Im not sure what my result is going to be. I do hope I clear it as I don't know if I will be able to do this again. If I don't I know I will be back at this forum at some point in life with a brand new Rapid review. If I do clear it I will be happy to give away free advice on how to clear this exam.
For now, good luck people, get cracking. If u think preparing for it is tough ask the people who are awaiting their result. It never gets any better.

Superb! You did it, girl!!! There will be no repeat here, you surely made your comeback. You had the tools, the drive and the determination. Despite all that how it felt.... This person will pass. She did it. That what crossed my mind after reading your exam exp.

Mytime: I hope so girl. I have begun the second gueesing my answers phase already. Yup anticipation works well on these exam takers.

Nyimalay: It is unnerving the few days before the exam. If u have a FA and the 100 pages Goljan make sure u know them cold. Do questions atleast 150-200 a day. Have the faith in your effort and be honest with your self. If u don't know, or you didn't read then read it. A good concept now might fetch you 4 important points.
