hey there,
Thanks for all ur help. Just wondering how the process goes.....is it that interviews r all sent at once to the selected candidates or they r sent in batches....I'm asking this because I applied a little late on 12th of this month. I've one IV call in my bag, but was thinking if those programs which sent their calls last week would be looking at my application now or not.

Every program is going to do something different. So even if I tell you that I am still reviewing applications, that my PD hasn't even opened ERAS isn't going to matter. We look at new information that comes in, but that doesn't mean that other programs will.
