How long is the wait for an interview

I just started applying for 2008 IM residencies. How long one has to wait to get an invitation for an interview. Is it neccessary the applicaiton has to be completed with all LORs to be invited for an interview. Any info will be appreciated.

Every program is going to be a little different. Some are sending out interviews, some aren't. It's the patience game right now.
