1. When is DRE started at 40 y.o. or 50 y.o.?

2. Pap smear is it started at 18 y.o. or 21 y.o. (other than when pt. is sexaully active)?

3. Breast exam by doctor-- > 40 y.o.--done annually by doctor
*how about 20-40 y.o.---is it done regulary every 3 yrs. or if there is risk factor??

4. When is mammography started at > 40 y.o. or > 50 y.o. (annually)??

pap: 21 or sexual active

mammogram: 40 y/o

DRE: at age 40

Breast:
>After 20 y/o --> safe exam
>30-40 --> physician exam annually
>40 y/o --> mammo annually

here is a question for you:

when to do colonoscopy?

what if colonoscopy shows polyps (less than 4 and <2cm) --> what do you do?

What if colonoscopy shows >4 polyps --> what's your next step?
