They are not expensive, but not all of them are brilliant...
I would personally recommend you Peds and OB/GYN... Cost is ~35 dollars for a new book...

Justice,
What is the difference between the 3rd edition and 4th edition, is it too much? Can I use 3rd edition the previous edition instead of the recent 4th one?

I don't know... I bought mine in the bookstore, the most recent edition... I think all new editions are somehow improved and are styled for the purpose of studying the subject... If you can afford to buy, do that, otherwise see what's hanging in the net...

what about the medciene one. I think is good for a quick review.
and it teavch you the algoritm or management
