Whats the first diagnosis test to do? x-ray or Electrophoresis

THe Best diagnosis test is Bone marrow Biopsy?

First test to do is xray if the patient presents with bone symptoms or backache.

first test to do would be an electropheresis if there are just hyperviscosity symptoms.

I agree that best test is BM biopsy.
