hello all....
i am little bit confused regarding application process of ck n cs....
i've completed my graduation in march 2007 and but didnt received my medical diploma. i took the block for ck (jan-march) as a graduate and medical diploma not received....now wht documents i sh'd send ecfmg....they ppl ask for copying it below____
I have graduated from medical school, but my medical diploma has not been issued. With my Certification of Identification Form (Form 186), I am enclosing the ECFMG Medical Education Credentials Submission Form (Form 344); two copies of the Medical School Release Request (Form 345); a letter from my medical school that confirms I graduated, have met the requirements to receive my medical diploma and states the date my medical diploma will be issued (refer to Eligibility for Examination in the ECFMG 2008 Information Booklet for the exact language required in this letter); an English translation of the letter (if required); and a photograph
that means i need to send form 186, form 344, form 345 and a letter from my medical college stating that he is to issue diploma certificate.....

And second query is that if i take block for cs after 10 days( due to some problem cant take it simultaneously wid ck) do i need to send them all documents again...
