I read in a previous thread that Texas residency programs require original documents (lors, dean's letter, cv...) before they rank you in their programs.

This is the thread that I got the info from.

Attention: bbb please.

A friend of mine who is currently a PGY-3 at UT Houston told me that they asked for almost everything in the ERAS packet on original (school transcript, MSPE) and also the medical diploma and the ECFMG certificate. They don't ask for the LOR's if you waived your right. But it is true, he had to fly to colombia to get another MSPE!!!

That bites. I didn't waive my right for all my lor's. I didn't think it was that big a deal. Do you know if one can retrieve all the documents via RODs?

Yes you can, you can even retrieve the LOR's if you didn't waive your right like in your case. Check on oasis or call ECFMG so that they don't through them away.
