have a query?? does a grad of 2001 with 99/99/pass doing residency in in surgey in his home country have a chance of gettting in to catogorical position in surgery??

u can only find out the true answer once u apply. no boday can give u ture anser for ur q. everyonce can give just opinion. my opinion is if u really wana do srugery than apply as heavily as u can.
