Hey, I happen to be a lazy guy and thats how I used to think, until I noticed I was wrong. My brain is not special or above anyone elses, I simply can not REMEMBER everything I review... So, how do you fix that? Take notes, on the things you know you don't have 100% down. I assume that if in the lectures, Goljan defines what a cell or DNA's purpose is, you won't have to jot it down in the notes. However, if he starts speaking about specific receptores, expressed in this manner, due to the interaction with x enzyme, shoot, its alot better jotting that down. By selectivly taking notes, you save time.

Btw, time will pass while watching the videos or hearing the audio, no matter what. I am sure you could take notes AND listen/watch at the same time. If anything, rewind. Remember that the more time you spend studying directly correlates w/ how much revenue you can generate.
