1st Take X Rays and Blood Culutres then give Ab's while awaiting culture results if X Ray is negative go for Bone Scan (or Mri if Spine or Foot is Involves or their is significant swelling since MRI is the better test for areas with increased Soft Tissue)

if Bone Scan or MRI are also negative -- Bone Biospy n Culture should be next
