A 5 month old male infant develops lethargy, somnolence, hypothermia, feeding problems and persistent jaundice. After several days he develops hoarse cry and hypotonic muscles. the tongue is large and protruding and an umbilical hernia is noted. hematologic evaluation shows no abnormalities. Which of the following abnormalities is most conssitent with these findings?
