C. Because all these vascular segments are connected in series, blood flow is constant, so velocity of blood varies inversely with cross-sectional area, and since the capillaries have the largest cross-sectional area they will have lowest velocity of blood.

Capi pressure is the lowest because the flow there needs to be very slow so exchange between blood and tissues can undergo effectively ?
