35 yrs male presents with mass in his neck( anteriorly).CXR was taken,it was normal . CT scan of abdomen showed hemorrhagic right adrenal mass .Electrolytes showed Serum calcium as low .What is the neoplasm ?

its MEN II a or IIb..which is associated with medullary carcinoma of thyroid .
