is it helpful to get step 3 score before oct 15(i believe thats when interview calls are maximum) or is it helpful only in september 1st week.actually my problem is that i have one failed attempt on step 3 and i want to give step 3 soon to get result by oct 15...but i am falling short of time and i want to extend my exam.any opinions ,please!!!!!

but isnt step 3 closed right now, they say on the website that the earliest u could sit now is nov 1st, unless u registered for the 2007 cycle.
