I have been invited from 3 programs, they ask me to select from thier available dates for interviwe, I have not a perfect english, my question is:

What should I say in a msg, including that I am interested in that program, the dates that I want and to say thanks at the same time.

Could anyone make a sample for me, I am really worry about not being polite while writing this message.

Monterusca - my first and most honest answer if that if you are not strong enough in your English skills, how are you going to take care of my father when he is admitted to the hospital??

Practice, practice, practice your English - it's so important, I can't even begin to stress how important this is.

To my understanding you are a Program Coordinator,

Thank you very much for your advise.

As you say English is very important, and I think that I will be in the process for learning to speak and write english for the rest of my life.

I can take care of your father as I have been taking care of all the patients that I had during my internship year in US, and also during the 9 months of clinical rotation in US.

With all respect to every one, I want to focus my question

The answer for an invitation should be short or long?

Shoul I say Why do I like this program?

Should I limit to say thanks and provide my preferred dates for interview?

Thank you for your answer Mr BBB

Via e-mail............I went with short replies. "Thank you for this opportunity......blah blah blah" "I look forward to meeting with you.....blah blah blah"

The following dates are convenient for me....blah blah blah. Please feel free to contact me at --- --- ---- or e-mail.

Sincerely, Z.

Short and to the point.

And if they call you...then let them lead the conversation. They'll have plenty to say about the when, where, who, what, and how. Just keep saying "oh great" and "thank you"....(damn.......Im sure bbb will be able to recognize me now grin)

Good luck !
