i have been using usmle world for a few days and i have noticed that every once in a while i see a question whose script is not fully visualized, i mean there are a few words which are not fitting in the screen and there is no scroll option for them as well. this thing mostly happen when i am reading the explanation of the question....
lately i have noticed one question which was totally undoable because along with the script the options were also hidden so i could not even attempt the question....
is this problem fixable? or everyone is getting this problem?

Try to use different browser(IE or FF) to see if the problem is still there.
The best way is to send them an email through their website or use support@usmleworld.com. It's better take some screen shots and send to them. They usually respond within a day. Good luck.

thanks...it was a screen resolution problem....i used kaplan for step 1 and they didnt ask to change resolution..so thats a little bothersome to change screen everytime you want to access UW question for review...anyway
