4 yr old boy is brought to hopsital 6 hrs after onset of lethargy ..he is unable to walk without assistance .eyes are swollen shut ..deep tendon refelxes are symmetric..there are bruises over the thorax that the mother had not noticed til now .he groans during the exam. The most likely explanation for these findings?
