on vital signs is it ok to write down WNL. I read in some forums to write out vital signs but in FA it is shown as WNL or except....
I wrote WNL in many of my notes I hope this is ok! also does the workup have to be perfect. in many cases i didn't have room to write all the workup especially writting all the electrolytes or basic metabolic....

well i think that the only people that can answer this for sure is someone who already passed CS and did the same thing! This is why I originally posted it in exam experience. This was my experience during exam, I didn't have time to write out all vital signs in many cases so I wrote WNL to save time.
