I think the review classes such as Kaplan, and others are not helpful in passing step3. It is there as a hurdle, and anyone is at risk to fail it, specialy people with no us experience.
For those who have no us experience(and people from canada), I recommend Harrisons Internal Medicine.
I realized that many questions are from there.
