can anyone tell me
1).do we need to check the drawers and mcmurray's test in every knee pain case or only for the knee pain cases with positive h/o trauma ??
2).shd we be checking only the range of motion besides the inspection/palpation?
3). shd we check both ankle and hip jts or only anlke jt will suffice in the above case?
