I finished my externship Aug 31, so I could not send the LOR's any earlier.
Assuming they arrived at ERAS Sept 7, it will take 14 days to one month for them to be scanned and uploaded.
I have already applied to ONE program, all other documents are uploaded, except for the LOR's.
If I wait for the LOR's to be uploaded that could mean hundreds will have their applications in before me.
Should I go ahead and apply to all my other programs and hope the PD's will come back to my application when they see that the LOR's are not available?
Or do I risk getting rejected because the application is incomplete?

its a catch 22
but my take is if you have a strong lor
wait for it...though i dont have much exp
but people will not usually take the pain to re examine your application
you are not the only one,,,they have abt 1000 applications?
btw bbb will be the best person still
