wat exactly is therapeutic privilege ??? ( doctor can withhold info from patient )

I just finished lisening lecture of Alina Gonzalez( Kaplan), she says for the purpose of the test: You need to tell everything to the patient.

so there is nothing called as Therapeutic Privilege for exams ???

Therapeutic Privilege (or therapeutic exception) refers to an uncommon situation whereby a doctor may be excused from revealing information to a patient when there is sufficient evidence that the patient is not psychiatrically or emotionally stable to handle that particular information.
