an anyone please tell me wats treatment of hyperparathroidism crisis in order is it same as high calcium ????

1. rehydrate
2. lower calcium
3. remove tumor (usually this kind of crisis happend due to ectopic secretion of PTH-like protein and very rarely due to parathyroid adenoma)

how do u decrease calcium level ??? wat drug ?? will KCl work ??
