See pt on (mainly used for long periods "days")..., means next time you will see the pt..., suppose you are on day 1 at 10:00 hrs, you chek see pt on day 6 at 10:00 hrs, the system will start to advance time giving you some upgrades about the patient and displaying results in case you ordered some test... See pt in, mainly used for short periods of time "minutes & hours", same thing as above... Hope it helps
