Guys, I forgot to mention 3 months of volunteer work on CAF..., I sent applications already..., is it worth menitoning this later?..., if yes, when or where?...

Right now you can only mention it on your PS if you already submitted your CAF. If you fill it is important and can help you a lot change your PS and add that info as part of it. I can't think of anything else you can do to mention it besides mentioning it during interview. GL my friend, any IV's yet?
