if this is a problem for you then only put in applications to programs which dont require certification to be considered for interview... then when your cerfication comes apply to the rest...
interviews are being given out now... remember programs have a cap on the amount of interviews they allow!
not saying you wont get interviews in oct, nov or even dec... but why wait if you don't have to!
