was looking at that book, and thinking if someone manages to get a pass-it-on cpy of that book, that would mean you can stretch your money to apply to a few more programs. it seems pricey to me.

Hi, I have compiled the responses that I got from programs answering my questions about their requirements and visa from last year match. There are a lot of pediatric programs, several IM & FM programs.
